2. In which the suspects are heard of but never seen.
The Prime Suspect: Izabellia Nyrain
Nobody knows who she is. She shows up on no records in any chapels, town halls or libraries. The only group that seem to have an idea is the priests residing in the abbey in Northshire. A gentleman in the archives remembers a girl matching her description, she had been brought to them by the orphanage she grew up in, they wanted nothing more to do with her and her apparent wicked ways. He remembers being sent to check on her, locked as she was in the attic, and then his memories become hazy. He remembers the girl crying, tied to an iron loop on the wall, weeping and wailing. He remembers not caring.
He remembers the other girl that sidled up to him, she was beautiful. Long dark hair and big dark eyes. All smiles and charm. She had wound herself around him and then kissed him. He doesn't remember anything else. Other than waking to find both girls gone and that his head felt like it was on fire.
The First Accomplice: Florrin Ashfall
The girl that attacked the priest and took Izabellia. The daughter of the deceased and the secret of Lakeshire. They don't speak of her, they refuse to acknowledge her existence. But they do know of her, their fear is testament to that fact. She disappeared one day at the age of fifteen and never came back, nobody cared too much. Only her Mother. Her mother was devastated it seems, died but a few months later. Buried in the cemetery across the lake, or was. Her body has gone missing, suspected to have been removed by the accused for suspected nefarious purposes.
There are tales that the young Miss Ashfall was taken by a shadowy man, but of course they were only tales.
The Second Accomplice: The Shadowy Man
Suspected warlock master. Suspected demon fancier. Suspected almost everything in the book. Speculation exists as to his identity, but nothing is concrete. He is often seen with either one or both of the previous accused and many locals know him as a charming, well spoken man, who tips well in return for no questions asked. Whispers of his name pass the lips of many, and those in the know, know him only as Ifrit. But no records exist of anyone with that name, and the public face of the warlocks in Stormwind refuse to speak, so whatever the truth is, it will not be easy to find.
